Backed by a strong infrastructure base, Mahavir Steel Industries develops highly functional MS products. With the most updated machines and equipments, we are comprehensively set to manufacture high quality MS products. We manufacture in EN8, EN8D, EN9 and EN16 on prior sale and advance intimation. The Structural Steel range is in conformance to IS 2062 Grade A. With flexible manufacturing plans; we can also accommodate our customer’s urgent requirements

Stockyard
Our finished, ready-to-dispatch inventory facility is spread our 20,000sqft.
We have a wide range of structural steel sections; over 200 different items in 8 to 10 lengths available in ready stock. Our computerised inventory management system enables quick sorting and prompt despatch of orders for intime delivery.
Laboratory
In order to fulfill our commitment to deliver only the finest quality elements, we have established a fully equipped in-house testing laboratory staffed with qualified and experienced engineers and technicians.
Our quality check procedure starts right at the procurement stage, wherein raw material billets are tested based on IS1830 to thoroughly check for purity and chemical composition, ensuring that the quality of the finished material is maintained.
We have invested in 2 Universal Testing Machines, an Ultrasonic Testing Machine, a Spectrometer, an Infra-Red Gun, a Hardness Testing Machine, and an Impact Testing Machine, ensuring the maximum utilization of all state-of-the-art technology.
Production Process
1. Raw Material:Ingot and billets are stocked after QA clearance
2. Counter & Pusher:Batched ingot or billets are pushed into furnace
3. 25 metre Furnace:Ingot or billets are tempered at 1100o
4. Ejector:Hot raw material from the furnace ready for rolling
5. Rolling:7 - 14 passes depending on the shape and size as required
6. Cooling:After the rolling, the final products are set for cooling
7. Cutting:The rolled products are sized to batch and order
8. Stacking:The finished products are stored batch-wise
